can I change or cancel my order?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to edit or cancel it.

what is your return policy?

Due to the personalization of our signs, we do not accept returns for a refund. If you receive your order and believe we made a mistake, please notify us within three business days of receipt (as shown on your tracking information).  

Will my metal sign rust?

As long as there aren't any scratches, or major blemishes exposing raw metal, your sign should be protected and stay rust-free.

what colors do you offer?

At this time We only offer 2 color options for most of our personalized signs: Black & Brown

Do I need to create a customer account ?

You can create a customer account for our website if you prefer, but it is not required for placing an order. You can always check out as a guest.

How are sign sizes determined?

We have standard sizes for each design. The measurement is the longest point per each design. Larger sizes are available upon request.

what type of metal & thickness are the signs made of?

Our signs are cut out of 14-gauge steel to provide you with high quality decor, that can hang indoors or Outdoors.

what shipping methods do you use?

currently, We only ship our products via USPS.

Depending on your location in the United States, your package can take anywhere from 3-5 days to arrive once the label has been created.

When your order ships, an e-mail with tracking information is sent for your Convenience.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. This is something we may offer in the future. Thank you for your understanding.  

How long does it take to ship orders?

The general turnaround time for most of our signs is 7-14 business days, after your order is received.

*Turnaround times can vary depending on busier seasons, order quantities being produced, etc.

Will my order automatically be pluralized?

We will create your sign exactly as you specify in the customization field on your order. If you would like your name pluralized, please do so in the custom section provided. 

can i order a custom sign not shown on the site?

Yes! depending on exactly what your order entails, we can usually fulfill a completely new customized design.

We ask that you contact our designer by submitting a custom Design request at orders@rmicustom.com.

Pricing will depend on the complexity of your design request. *please allow additional time for your order to be processed.

My tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my order.

You will need to contact your local Post Office with your tracking number to file a missing mail claim.
